Scheduled Network Services

Scheduled Network Services (SNS) provides our customers with our premier service offerings.  Engineers are scheduled to be on-site for a predetermined time each month to perform the following tasks:

Anti-Virus Update.

Check various log files, backups, UPS, anti-virus, firewall intrusion, server utilization.

Perform necessary Microsoft application and operating system updates.

Check overall "health" of the network.

Perform adds, moves, and changes of users printers, and network peripherals.

Perform specific, predetermined tasks to increase productivity of network users.

Fill out a report detailing the work performed during each visit.

A quarterly meeting to review findings, overall network health, and our suggestions to increase efficiency of the network of workflow of your business pertaining to the network is mandatory for all customers utilizing this service.
